Advent in Augsburg

I spent all of last weekend in Augsburg; four friends of Barbara from different parts of Germany came to visit us. We showed them some of the old town, and of course the obligatory visit to the Christkindlesmarkt.

Barb's friends are musical, to my delight, and we played guitar and sang songs all evening at home. Late at night, we made a Feuerzangenbowle. Spectacular as always -- a drinkable campfire. I love it.
