Bamberg

Two weeks ago we spent a sunny Saturday in Bamberg to celebrate a friend's birthday. The small town is surprisingly big, with lots of waterways, bridges, and hills.




This one of Bamberg's seven hills is Michaelsberg, on which a monastery was built in 1015, Michaelsberg Abbey.
