The flood

On the first weekend of June, Barbara and I were in Thuringia, to visit a friend of hers and to go sightseeing in Erfurt and Weimar.

We couldn't visit Goethe's Summer House, though: the flood was already there, and the Ilm river (which is normally 4 metres wide) had become a look-alike of the Mekong.
